A living, breathing Sanctuary in the Making…

The natural environment is not only our inspiration, but also our responsibility. It has always been at the heart of St Clair’s design, from the thousands of specially selected aquatic plants and grasses as well as trees and shrubs to a pedestrian-friendly street plan.

Stormwater will be collected and stored to allow for year-round garden irrigation with recycled water. Energy efficient public lighting and environmentally sensitive architecture help to ensure that St Clair will be a sustainable address.

And the wetlands, educational biodiversity corridors and eco-sensitive planning all underpin our ongoing commitment to our environment. It’s what makes St Clair the special sanctuary it is.

The Design Guidelines will evolve to account for different features and densities of each area of the new address.

Carefully considered design guidelines ensure that homes sit in harmony with the environment and the streetscapes – skillfully embracing individual, modern design while still reflecting the charm and character of the area. Such guidelines also help to preserve the appeal of St Clair now and into the future.
