All Star Twenty20 Cricket Match
FREE COMMUNITY EVENT
To celebrate the opening of the St Clair Oval and Sports Field on Wednesday 15 February, come and watch the Woodville District Cricket Club take on Steve Waugh and the reigning SANFL premiers, the Woodville West Torrens Football Club (Eagles).
Hosted by Wayne Phillips, the All Stars Cricket game will include with past and present cricket and football players including Steve Waugh (former Australian Test Cricket Captain), Bernie Vince and Jared Petrenko (Eagles / Adelaide Crows), Tim Nielsen (former Australian coach and Redback), Trent Hentschel and other local sports stars.
Action starts at 4:30pm, ready for the coin toss at 5pm. Bring your picnic and chair and get ready for the Waugh in the West!
Food and drinks available on the night, free parking, community activities and the chance to meet Steve Waugh and your local sporting stars.
Come n’ try Community Sports Participation events will also be held on the evening, with:
