ST CLAIR WELCOMES METRICON TO SOUTH AUSTRALIASt Clair is thrilled to welcome Australian award-winning home builder Metricon to South Australia. Metricon, which has been in operation for 35 years in the eastern states, has launched into the South Australian market, building their first display home at the St Clair development.
Work has commenced on Metricon’s ‘Salamanca’ design display home which will open in St Clair in June, bringing the completed number of builders at the St Clair display village to 21.
St Clair Project Director Rob Bau says the investment in the display village at St Clair by leading home builders such as Metricon is testament to the quality of homes on offer at the new development.

Metricon’s General Manager in South Australia, Richard Bryant, says Metricon chose to build one of their first displays in South Australia at St Clair.
