New Tulloch Release At St Clair

2 September 2010

The very first land on the former Cheltenham racecourse site, right in the heart of St Clair, has been released to the public.

The ‘Tulloch’ release is named after the famous racehorse who won the 1961 Pullman Stakes at Cheltenham, with the 12 exclusive allotments comprising a mix of Villa, Premium Villa and Courtyard lots designed to suit a range of homes and lifestyles.

Land in this release is situated right in the heart of St Clair and is moments from the future Village Square’s bustling cafes, shops and new railway station.

The lots are also close to two planned reserves and the St Clair wetlands, which will form part of the 22 hectares of open space (11 times the size of AAMI Stadium) earmarked for the development - one of the largest areas of open space within a residential project in Adelaide.

Lot sizes in the Tulloch release are between 270sqm and 375sqm, with prices starting from $254,000.
