More Than Half Of All Homesites Released To VIP List Sold On Day One

The much anticipated first release of St Clair has seen a fantastic result, with over half of the homesites selling on the first day of the opening weekend. Strong demand for homesites in Adelaide's newest community saw eager purchasers queuing on site for three days in advance of the launch to ensure they were first in line to buy their dream homesite. The first release of 25 homesites was offered exclusively to people who had registered on the St Clair VIP List. Homesites in the first release ranged in size from around 270 square metres up to approximately 512 square metres, with prices starting from $230,000.
Only a few homesites still remain in this exclusive first release, so please be sure to act quickly before these sites become available to the general public on Saturday 25 October.
