St Clair is proposed to be Adelaide’s first large-scale, inner-metropolitan “water-wise” residential community. It will include six hectares of wetlands to harvest and re-use stormwater from both within the Development and from the surrounding area. The recycled water will be used to water public reserves and gardens to ensure St Clair is a beautiful green address all year round. St Clair’s clever stormwater management system will also allow all homes in the Cheltenham precinct to be connected to a recycled water system for garden watering and other uses
