Affordable Homes Program at St Clair
Under the Housing SA Affordable Homes Program, around 15% of the homes at St Clair will be offered for sale or rental as Affordable Housing. This means that our affordable homes will be either sold to eligible buyers on the Property Locator or to registered housing associations as rental properties for eligible low and moderate income earners.
Urban Pacific and AVJennings Developments are currently working on the proposed location and type of our affordable homes range and will soon release information to our registered buyers.
